Planning an event
is only part of the process.
Our month-of event coordinator will meet with you 4 weeks beforehand so you can walk them through your day.
Our team will create an itinerary and contact all vendors to ensure everything runs as planned on
event day.
Our coordinator will be available to greet vendors and show them where to set-up or drop-off items.
We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your festivities.

BARTENDING/ HOSPITALITY SERVICES
Bartending Services
We handle everything from stocking the bar to renting the glassware and keeping your guests happy!
A four hour minimum is required for booking.
We'll contact you within 24 hours for specific details and quote.
Rates starting at $31.00/ hour.

Event Depot provides exceptional hospitality staff.
